Shipping & Returns
Shipping
At American Icon, we make every effort to fill orders and ensure delivery as soon as possible. Orders are generally shipped by the next business day. However, if you order overnight or 2-Day Air delivery, we will make every effort to ship on the day that the order is received. The cut-off time for shipping is 2pm Eastern Time. Overnight or 2-Day Air delivery orders placed after that time will not ship until the next business day.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and require a street address. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If delivery to a street address is not possible, we can ship to your P.O. Box but this may slow the shipping process by three or four days, and requires special arrangement.


International Orders
International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. All international in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. Depending on which country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order, generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.

The cost of shipping depends on the location and the weight of the package.

Some countries require the customer to pay a customs duty or tax when picking up their package. This is completely out of the hands of American Icon Merch. Please do not ask us to mark a package as a gift, as this is illegal.


Return Policy
All are covered by a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Simply return the merchandise in the original shipping material, or similar, with a copy of the packing slip, to the address indicated on the slip.

All returned merchandise must be received by American Icon in original, undamaged condition. Any returns received by American Icon that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.

All credits will be issued to the debit or credit card used for the initial purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Although we inspect each item prior to shipping, there will, occasionally, be an item received with defects. If we are notified within 14 days of receipt, a return label will be issued for the return of the item to be replaced with a like item. Claims for damaged goods will not be considered if we are not notified within 14 days of their receipt.

-- All items must be unused and include the original packaging.
-- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell.
-- If you should plan to return your clothing, please keep it clean.
-- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.


Cancellation Policy
We generally ship items within one business day, but if you contact americaniconmerch@gmail.com before the item has shipped, we can cancel the order and refund your credit card at no charge to you. If the item has shipped, please follow the procedures outlined in the return policy.
